These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Let's Nude AI (the "service"). By creating an account, uploading content, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Adults only — 18 +
The service is strictly for users who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). By signing up you confirm under penalty of perjury that you meet this age requirement. Misrepresenting your age is a material breach of these Terms.
2. Account
- You may register with an email + password or via Google Sign-In. One account per person.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account.
- You may delete your account at any time by emailing support@letsnude.com.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Severe violations (CSAM, non-consensual content of identifiable real people, fraud) result in immediate permanent ban.
3. Acceptable use — what you may NOT generate or upload
The following uses are strictly prohibited and are grounds for immediate, irreversible account termination:
- Anyone under 18. Uploading or attempting to generate any content depicting a minor — real, AI-generated, or stylized — is forbidden. Such content is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to local authorities as required by law.
- Photos of real, identifiable people without their explicit consent. If the photo is of a real person who has not personally agreed in writing to appear in AI-generated NSFW content, you may not upload it. This includes celebrities, public figures, ex-partners, classmates, co-workers, family members, or anyone else.
- Content used for harassment, blackmail, defamation, or "revenge". Using the service to threaten, intimidate, or harm a specific person is a crime in most jurisdictions.
- Content used to commit fraud or impersonation — for example, fake "evidence", fake identity documents, or content designed to deceive.
- Content depicting non-consensual acts in a way that promotes them as desirable.
- Content depicting illegal acts in your jurisdiction or ours, including bestiality, incest, or content prohibited by applicable obscenity laws.
- Bulk scraping, mass automation, or reverse-engineering the service or its AI models.
- Reselling or redistributing generated content as if it were your own original creation, in a way that misleads end users.
4. Your responsibility for uploads
You — and only you — are legally responsible for the photos you upload and the videos you generate. By uploading a photo you represent and warrant that:
- The subject of the photo is a real adult 18 years or older, AND
- The subject has personally consented to having that photo used to generate AI NSFW content, OR the subject is yourself.
We do not pre-screen uploads. We do, however, run automated content-safety checks for prohibited material (minors, etc.) and respond to takedown / abuse reports. Users who violate this section will be banned and their data preserved for legal review.
5. Credits and payments
- The service is paid via "credits". Each generation consumes one credit (free-tier credit for short clips, premium credit for longer HD clips).
- Credits are sold in tiers; the price and bonus structure shown on /pricing at the time of purchase governs the order.
- Accepted payment methods include cryptocurrency (via NOWPayments), Telegram Stars, and local-dealer settlement (where available).
- All sales are final. Because credits are a digital good consumed instantly upon use, we do not offer refunds once credits have been spent. If you have a payment dispute (incorrect amount charged, double-charge, payment processor error), contact us within 14 days and we will investigate in good faith.
- Credits do not expire as long as your account is active. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts or redeemed for currency.
- Promotional bonuses (referral credits, bonus on top-up) are subject to anti-abuse review. We may revoke bonus credits awarded through clear abuse (sock-puppet referrals, payment fraud, etc.).
6. Generated output — ownership and license
- You own the videos you generate, subject to the underlying rights in the source photo (which must be yours or licensed to you).
- You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and serve the generated video back to you for as long as we host it (typically up to 24 hours).
- We do not claim copyright in your output and do not use your output to train AI models.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it. The AI worker depends on third-party GPU compute providers which may have outages, queue waits, or rate limits. If a generation fails because of a service-side error, your credit is automatically refunded.
8. Intellectual property
The service's source code, branding, design, copy, and underlying technology are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the service.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the AI output will be accurate, satisfactory to you, or fit for any particular purpose. AI is unpredictable.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you under these Terms is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Let's Nude AI, its operators, and its third-party providers against any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) content you uploaded or generated, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of someone else's rights (privacy, publicity, intellectual property).
12. DMCA / takedown
If you believe content generated through our service infringes your copyright or depicts you without consent, email support@letsnude.com with:
- A description of the content (URL or job ID where possible)
- Your contact information
- A statement that you are the rights holder or the depicted person, and a good-faith belief the content is unauthorized
We take down verified reports within 24 hours.
13. Changes to the service or Terms
We may modify the service or these Terms at any time. Material changes (especially those affecting paid users) will be announced in advance via email and an on-site banner. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's home jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will first be addressed by good-faith negotiation; if that fails, the parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction in the operator's home courts.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
