This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Let's Nude AI ("we", "us", "the service") collects when you use our website and AI video generation tools, how we use it, and the choices you have. Using the service means you accept the practices described here.
1. Who we are
Let's Nude AI is an adults-only (18+) AI image-to-video generation service. The site is operated by an independent operator. For all privacy questions, contact support@letsnude.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the service:
- Account data: the email address you sign up with, a hashed (one-way) version of your password, and — if you sign in with Google — your Google account ID and display name. We never see or store your raw password.
- Photos you upload: the source images you upload for video generation. These are processed in volatile memory by our AI worker and deleted from our servers immediately after the video is produced (typically within minutes). We do not keep a permanent copy of your source photos.
- Generated videos: the videos our AI produces from your uploads. These are stored temporarily so you can download them, then automatically deleted (typically within 24 hours of generation). You can also delete them on demand from your dashboard.
- Usage records: a row per generation attempt (style chosen, duration, success/fail, timestamp) so we can show you your history and our own admin tools can monitor reliability. No copy of the prompt or output is kept beyond the auto-delete window.
- Payment metadata: when you buy credits, we record the order amount, currency, payment method (crypto, Telegram Stars, local dealer), and the transaction status. Crypto payments are settled via NOWPayments — we receive the on-chain transaction ID and the receiving address, but no card or bank details.
- Support messages: messages you send through the in-dashboard support chat are stored so admin can reply and you can read replies later.
- Technical logs: standard web-server logs (IP address, user-agent, request URL, timestamp). Used for security, anti-abuse, and rate-limiting. Rotated automatically.
3. What we don't collect
- We do not sell or rent your personal data — ever.
- We do not use third-party advertising trackers, ad networks, or behavioral profiling.
- We do not require a real name, phone number, or government ID. Email + password (or Google sign-in) is enough.
- We do not retain source photos or generated videos beyond what's needed to deliver the service to you.
4. How long we keep things
- Source photos: deleted immediately after the AI worker finishes processing (typically < 5 minutes).
- Generated videos: auto-deleted within 24 hours, or immediately when you click delete.
- Generation history rows: kept for your reference (so you can see "you generated X on date Y") for as long as your account exists. Deleting your account erases them.
- Account data: kept while your account is active. Removed within 30 days after account deletion.
- Payment records: kept for the period required by tax/accounting laws (typically 5–7 years), but only the order metadata — never card or bank details.
- Server logs: rotated and discarded within 30 days.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies — primarily a session cookie that keeps you signed in and a CSRF token to prevent cross-site request forgery. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or any third-party tracking scripts.
6. Who we share data with
We use a small number of trusted third-party providers strictly to deliver the service:
- AI compute provider — runs the AI worker that generates your videos. Your photo is sent to a worker we control, processed, and the worker's local copy is destroyed at end of job.
- NOWPayments — handles crypto checkout. Receives only the order amount and crypto address; never sees your account email.
- Google — only if you choose "Sign in with Google". Google sees that you signed in to Let's Nude AI; we receive a profile ID and display name back.
- Email provider — used for transactional email (password reset, important account notices). No marketing email.
We do not share data with anyone else. We will never sell your data. We will only disclose data to law enforcement if compelled by a valid legal order from a jurisdiction that has authority over us.
7. Where data is stored
Servers are located in the European Union. Generated content may transit through our AI worker provider's infrastructure during processing. We take reasonable security measures (TLS in transit, hashed passwords, restricted admin access).
8. Your rights
You can:
- Access your data — your dashboard already shows credits, generation history, and payment receipts.
- Correct account info — update your email or display name from account settings.
- Delete your account — email us at support@letsnude.com; deletion is processed within 7 days. Generation history and account credentials are erased; payment records are kept only as legally required.
- Export your data — email us and we'll send you a JSON dump of your account data.
- Object to processing — withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account.
If you are in the EU/UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
9. Children and minors
The service is for adults 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has registered, email us and we will delete the account immediately. Uploading photos of any minor is strictly prohibited and results in permanent ban + report to authorities where required by law.
10. Security
We follow industry-standard security practices: TLS encryption for all traffic, salted password hashing (bcrypt/scrypt), parameterized database queries, rate-limited login endpoints, and least-privilege admin access. No system is perfectly secure — if you suspect a breach of your account, change your password and email us immediately.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time (for example, when we add a new payment provider). The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated by email and via a banner on the site.
